YOUR TASKS
✓ You support our customers in case of any questions, problems and challenges by phone and via digital channels
✓ You care for a maximum of customer satisfaction and create a proven excellent customer experience every day
✓ You make use of the Customer Service Tools (Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and others) for the Pre- & After-Sales Management
✓ You participate proactive in the development of our shop-platform, products and services by using the feedback of our customers

YOUR PROFILE
✓ You already have first experience regarding Customer Service
✓ You are confident in conversations and communication
✓ You offer a high standard of service and think customer as well as service oriented
✓ You maintain calm and composure even under time pressure
✓ You speak Dutch fluently as well as very good English and German would also be an advantage
✓ You are enthusiastic about the brand GANT and identify with our values
