To help execute this transformation, we need a Product Owner that will lead our Security and Sustainability digital product squad in setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by the Squad to ensure a best-in-class sustainable experience.The Product Owner will take end-to-end ownership of Squad goals, set product roadmap and vision, and drive value realization by translating the internal client voice and needs into product features. These products include a combination of SaaS solutions and custom applications. Working with Squad members without line management authority over them will be key—you are a servant-leader and embody that in how you approach the work. You will coordinate closely with your Portfolio Lead to stay aligned on business goals and make sure your Squad is progressing and delivering against them. You will also represent the voice of the internal client and make sure that Squad members understand their needs and preferences.
