Über unsIn einem ständig wachsenden Digitalunternehmen zeigt unser Accounting Team vollen Einsatz. Neben der laufenden Buchhaltung sind wir auch für die Abschlüsse der NEW WORK SE sowie diverser Tochterunternehmen zuständig. Unser Anspruch ist die Herstellung der notwendigen Transparenz – sowohl extern als auch intern. Dabei gehört auch die Einführung neuer Rechnungslegungsvorschriften oder Steuergesetze für uns zum Alltag. Da wir Schnittstellen zu sämtlichen Abteilungen haben, leben wir Networking jeden Tag auch außerhalb der digitalen Welt Deine Aufgaben: Bearbeitung der laufenden Buchhaltung der NEW WORK SE Tochtergesellschaften (Haupt- und Nebenbuch) Ansprechpartner·in für Banken und weitere Dienstleister Kreditorenbuchhaltung und Eingangsrechnungen: Prüfung anhand der vertraglichen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen und verantwortlich für die Kontierung Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen Schnittstelle zu allen Abteilungen bei Fragen zu Rechnungen und Rechnungsfreigaben sowie enge Zusammenarbeit und regelmäßige Abstimmung mit dem Controlling Unterstützung des Accounting-Teams bei weiteren Aufgaben in der Buchhaltung Das bringst Du mit: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne als Steuerfachangestellte·r Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung Eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und ERP-Systemen, idealerweise MS Business Central Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Deine Benefits Sports classes Mobile devices also for private use Summer and Christmas parties public transport ticket Bike leasing Remote work option Restaurant vouchers and employee discount training courses and workshops Bring your dog to the office up to 12 weeks Workation Deine Ansprechperson Du hast noch Fragen?
