HR-Generalist als Head of Human Resources / Leiter Personal (W/M/D) Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des 8-köpfigen HR- und Empfang-Teams
  • Verantwortung für die operative sowie strategische Personalarbeit in den Bereichen Personalbetreuung, Recruiting, Entgeltabrechnung, Personalentwicklung und Ausbildung
  • Ansprechperson und Sparringspartner (w/m/d) für die Geschäftsführung sowie die Tochtergesellschaften Purima und Mobil-Mark
  • Umfassende, selbstständige und proaktive Beratung der Führungskräfte zu arbeits-, betriebsverfassungs- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Themen
  • Initiierung und Begleitung von HR-Projekten insb. zur weiteren Digitalisierung aller HR-Prozesse
  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der an der Unternehmensstrategie ausgerichteten HR-Strategie auch im internationalen Kontext
  • Auswahl, Definition und Implementierung aktueller HR-Themen und -Projekte entlang des Employee-Life-Cycle
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Ansätze im Bereich betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement und Personalentwicklung
  • Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat in allen mitbestimmungspflichtigen Fragestellungen inkl. Verhandlung von Betriebsvereinbarungen sowie die Begleitung von Arbeitsgerichtsprozessen
  • Personalplanung und Personalkostencontrolling
Ihr Profil:
  • Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Vertiefung bzw. Zusatzqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich, bevorzugt in einem industriellen, mittelständischen, internationalen Produktionsumfeld
  • Idealerweise ausgeprägte Führungserfahrung; alternativ Erfahrungen als HR Business Partner, HR Manager oder Personalreferent (w/m/d) mit fachlicher Führungsverantwortung
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsrechts sowie des Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrechts
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und eine ausgeprägte IT-Affinität
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
  • Proaktiver und pragmatischer HR-Generalist (w/m/d) mit selbstbewusster Führungspersönlichkeit und hoher sozialer Kompetenz
  • Starker Gestaltungswille und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Impulsgebend, initiativ, pragmatisch, Gestalter, Netzwerker und Dienstleister (w/m/d)
