So zeichnet sich Dein Arbeitsalltag aus Aufbau einer skalierenden, modularen (Micro-)Service-Umgebung für unser Data-Science-Portfolio Deployment und Betrieb unserer Modelle auf API-first Plattformen bei Hyperscalern (AWS, Azure oder GCP) Übernahme von Projektleitungsaufgaben in Kundenprojekten und Modell-Umsetzungen Abstraktion kundenseitiger Anforderungen in konkrete technische Umsetzungspläne Entwicklung und Erweiterung mathematischer Machine-Learning-Konzepte (z. B. mit TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn) Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagern und Front-End-Entwicklern (adiutaByte-, MD- und ResMed-Teams) bei der Umsetzung von Anforderungen und Architekturen Entwurf und Entwicklung stabiler Software inkl. automatisierter Tests Weiterentwicklung des Teams sowie aktive Teilnahme an Fort- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen Dafür wünschen wir uns von Dir neben einschlägiger Berufserfahrung Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in Informatik, Mathematik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Cloud-Architekturen (AWS, Azure und/oder GCP) Erfahrung mit Python (idealerweise inkl. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn) und gängigen Infrastrukturen/Bibliotheken Erfahrung mit Versionsverwaltung (z. B. Git) Kenntnisse in Cloud-native Entwicklung und Web-Technologien (REST, JSON) Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung Sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch) Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden, testgetriebener Entwicklung, Machine Learning & Optimierungsalgorithmen Für Deinen Einsatz wollen wir Dir auch etwas zurückgeben.
