Working Student Marketing

getpaid is pan-European startup backed by renowned investors (recently a $6m seed round). We are a fintech that provides innovative payment solutions to B2B transactions. Our cutting-edge products help these companies to optimize their payment processes and improve their bottom line revenue.


As a working student, you will be a part of our A-star team that is dedicated to delivering value to our customers and to push the company to the next growth stage. We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented working student to support our marketing efforts. In this role, you will work closely with our product and marketing teams to drive awareness and adoption of our software & payment products. You will be responsible for assisting in the execution of various marketing initiatives that support our overall go-to-market strategy.


Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Work on content strategies for multiple EU countries
  • Assisting in the development of marketing campaigns and owning execution of those campaigns
  • Supporting the creation of marketing materials such as blog posts, product sheets, podcast episodes, case studies, video content and graphical elements for social media posts
  • Conducting market research to identify key customer segments and trends
  • Managing and optimizing our social media channels
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging and positioning


What we are looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field) with at least 12 months left to study
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite
  • Experience in Content Creation with diverse formats (video, graphics, etc.)
  • High ownership and willingness to drive high impact projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent English is must-have, German at least C1
