MARKETING MANAGER EMAIL & CRM (m/f/d)


As Marketing Manager Email & CRM (m/f/d), you will energetically drive our multichannel campaigns in our marketing department: you will develop creative campaign concepts, monitor performance and optimise KPIs in the long term. Technical terms and processes don't scare you. You dare to tackle new topics and projects and share your knowledge with your colleagues.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY


  • Designing creative concepts for our campaigns: Whether email, app or SMS: You find the right approach for our customers and inspire them anew for our portals and services
  • Plan and control campaigns: You determine when which campaign is sent to which target group. You coordinate closely with our internal stakeholders and organise the process from A to Z in our campaign management tool Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Analyse and evaluate campaign success: Once the campaigns have been sent out, you keep an eye on the KPIs. You assess what is going well and what can be improved and learn from this for the next campaign. This is how you optimise our KPIs in the long term
  • Analyse the competition: You give our competitors grey hair by closely observing the market and trends, incorporating your knowledge into the campaign concept and thus ensuring that we stay ahead of our competitors
  • Project management and further development of campaign functionalities: To continually optimise our campaigns, we are improving our segmentation, personalisation and automation options. You will develop the right instinct for which functionalities we are missing, request these from our technical partners and help to ensure the long-term success of our campaigns


OUR IDEAL COLLEAGUE


  • Several years of experience in managing online campaigns, especially in email and mobile marketing
  • Creative mind and conceptual flair for sending the right message to the right target group at the right time
  • Structured way of working and very good self-organisation and project management skills
  • Good basic understanding of campaign KPIs and analyses and the ability to draw the right conclusions from the initial experience with a major campaign management tool, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud,
  • desirableIdeally a degree in business, marketing, media or a comparable qualification
  • Enjoy working as an interface to different teams and professions in the company
  • Solid written and spoken English skills. German language at a native/professional level.
