Working Student Business Intelligence

getpaid is pan-European startup backed by renowned investors (recently a $6m seed round). We are a fintech that provides innovative payment solutions to B2B transactions. Our cutting-edge products help these companies to optimize their payment processes and improve their bottom line revenue.
As a working student, you will be a part of our A-star team that is dedicated to delivering value to our customers and to push the company to the next growth stage. We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented working student to support our business intelligence efforts. In this role, you will work closely with our product and marketing teams.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Consolidating all relevant data streams under your ownership and management of these databases
- Assisting in data exploration, curation in several business areas (marketing, sales, product, ...)
- Create actionable insights, execute robust analyses, make suggestions and support in implementing the measures across departments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data insights
What we are looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (preferably in Data Science or STEM / all business related studies like Business Administration or International Management will be auto-rejected)
- at least 12 months left to study
- Experienced with common data science programming languages, LLMs and GenAI applications
- Excellent analytical, methodical and conceptual skills as well as a high degree of solution orientation and hands-on mentality
- Commitment, team spirit and communication skills
- High ownership and willingness to drive high impact projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent English is must-have, German is a bonus
