A bit about us

Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.


Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.


Our team work fast, with a start-up type of mindset but working within a leading European business. We are looking for someone to partner with our customers, able to deal with queries and have a solutions focused approach.


What will you be doing day-to-day?

  • Speaking to and dealing with our customers and distributors
  • Tariff and project calculation for FUSION IoT sales partners and end customers
  • Project consulting and support: from the inventory to the implementation of the project
  • Cooperative market development – together with a direct contact person at the network operator – in order to achieve optimal and individual solutions, e.g. Via joint conference calls
  • Handling and carrying out tariff or product changes
  • FUSION IoT Support Hotline & Mailbox you use
  • Recording and monitoring of new orders as well as reorders/adjustments
  • Carry out or support end customer appointments by appointment
  • Acquisition of end customers by our own resources and through the use of various tools provided
  • Plan and implement social media activities on a personal channel as well as work for the channels of Epsilon Telecom. Ltd
  • Monitoring of customer key figures and behaviour combined with appropriate measures for information and prevention
  • Conducting portal briefings for end customers and sales partners
  • Planning and implementation of webinars and on-site training
  • Trade fair visits both as an exhibitor and as a visitor to trade fairs

What you’ll need

  • Fantastic communication skills (German, English – Dutch would be a bonus)
  • Previous experience working in a Telecoms world is ideal If you’ve worked in Tech also a plus
  • Experience in MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Ability to work in a close team that has a start up vibe
  • Customer first approach – our customers are at the heart of everything we do, partnership and connections are critical to success
  • Goal-oriented, correct and prompt solving of tasks, including independent follow-up checks of the status quo

  • Self-starter and driven for success
