Tasks

At the end of your internship youll have built >3 new locations (car inspection centres) from sourcing prime real estate to launching fully operational inspection hubs and onboarding first customers:

  • Proactively scout and evaluate new locations across Bavaria Hessen NRW and BaW; negotiate competitive lease contracts with realtors. Focus on Frankfurt and Cologne.
  • Manage the conversion of leased properties into stateoftheart techenabled inspection hubs by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure ontime openings.
  • Provide agile support on adhoc projects addressing operational challenges at both existing and new sites.
  • Embrace a mobile role spending the majority of your internship onsite & ontheroad and serving as a key driver of our expansion strategy.
  • Enhance our operations by identifying sitespecific issues and collaborating with our headquarters team to implement techdriven solutions.
Requirements
  • A true generalist who connects the dots across functions.
  • Experienced in fastpaced environments (e.g. hypergrowth startups VC growth equity PE investment banking or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering highquality outcomes.
  • An excellent multitasker with strong organisational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • A proactive communicator and team player with a service mindset and high integrity.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelors (min. 4th semester) or masters programme from a toptier university.
  • Fully fluent in German is a must (C2.
  • Getting your hands dirty in an opsheavy role is music to your ears.
  • Available for 59 months in Berlin/Nuremberg starting Mar/Apr/May 25.
