Lead Full Stack Engineer FRANKFURT (Java/Kotlin/JavaScript/Typescript/Angular/React)

Your Role:

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions. Working across the stack, you'll build highly scalable backend systems with Java/Kotlin and craft intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular/React. You will have the opportunity to work on a long-standing, successful product, utilising exciting technologies, alongside a team of inclusive and close-knit individuals, in a company that cares about your wellbeing.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Development Projects, Guide the technical direction of projects, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop Scalable Solutions, Design and maintain high-performance applications using the latest web and cloud technologies.
  • Mentor the Team, Support and grow team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive Innovation, Analyze requirements, plan agile sprints, and integrate new technologies to keep solutions ahead of industry trends.
  • Ensure Technical Excellence, Oversee performance, security, and resilience in all solutions while expanding monitoring capabilities.



What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years experience in full stack development with Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Typescript and Angular or React.
  • Proven technical leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in German (C1 level or higher). Only candidates who speak German fluently can be considered for this role.
  • Strong understanding of agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding.
