Position: Leiter für GRC (Governance, Risk Management, Compliance)

Standort: Darmstadt, Deutschland

Arbeitsweise: Hybrid (Telearbeit und im Büro)

In der Rolle des Leiters für GRC werden Sie ein engagiertes Team von drei Beratern leiten und erweitern. Die Position erfordert nicht nur eine aktive Beteiligung an Kundenprojekten, sondern auch die Vertretung von DIESEC™ in Vorverkaufsaktivitäten zur Etablierung neuer Kundenbeziehungen. Ein proaktiver Ansatz für das Wachstum der Kundenbasis und der Abteilung wird vorausgesetzt. Als Leiter für GRC sind Sie auch für die Budgetverantwortung zuständig, sowohl im Hinblick auf die Kosten, z.B. für das Personal, als auch für die ertragsreiche Vermarktung der Services.


HAUPTAUFGABEN & VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN
  • Führung, Mentoring und Erweiterung des GRC-Beraterteams.
  • Aktive Beteiligung an Kundenprojekten und Sicherstellung erstklassiger GRC-Dienstleistungen, inkl. Datenschutz nach DSGVO.
  • Vertretung von DIESEC™ in Vorverkaufsaktivitäten und Pflege neuer Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Wachstumsplänen für die Abteilung.
  • Budgetverantwortung, einschließlich Kostenkontrolle und ertragsreiche Vermarktung der Services.
  • Sicherstellung, dass das Team höchsten Standards in den Bereichen IT-Governance, IT-Risikomanagement, IT-Compliance und Datenschutz entspricht.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungsleitern zur nahtlosen Integration von GRC-Dienstleistungen im gesamten Unternehmen.
KENNTNISSE, FÄHIGKEITEN & FERTIGKEITEN
  • Führungserfahrung im Bereich GRC. 
  • Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse und Verständnis für GRC-Dienstleistungen, einschließlich Datenschutz nach DSGVO.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
  • Proaktive und strategische Denkweise mit Fokus auf Abteilungs- und Unternehmenswachstum.
  • Erfahrung in der Budgetverantwortung und Kostenkontrolle.
  • Fließende Beherrschung von Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift ist zwingend erforderlich.
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und ausgeprägte Selbstverteidigungsorganisation.
MINDEST- & BEVORZUGTE QUALIFIKATIONEN
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer leitenden GRC-Rolle.
  • Relevante Zertifizierungen im Bereich IT-Governance, IT-Risikomanagement, IT-Compliance und Datenschutz.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Teamführung, Kundenbeziehungsmanagement und Budgetverantwortung.
