End Device Service Engineer



Job Summary/Role

We are seeking outstanding engineers to join ESMC IT infrastructure team to build and operate IT advanced Data Center to support world-class semiconductor foundry. This team is responsible to design, implement and optimize IT infrastructure toward software-defined computing, storage, and networking with advanced cloud technologies. The successful candidate should have strong technical skills and dedication for operation excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • General IT service and support including office client hardware (PC, NB, Printer, Mobile Phone) and software (MS Office, Outlook, Teams)
  • Office client hardware and software maintenance
  • Meeting room facility maintenance and user service/support
  • Project management
  • End device architecture design
  • Continuously improvement on each job scope
  • IT new technology survey and implementation


Qualifications and Education

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring in IT or related major.
  • Familiar with PC/NB hardware and Windows client system maintenance
  • Familiar with network protocol and concept
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with proactive problem-solving capability
  • Fluent in German and one of English/Mandarin
  • Willing to learn new IT technology

Training/Onboarding

3 – 6 months onsite training in Taiwan
