Location: Hamburg, GermanyAnnual Salary: €35,000 – €45,000Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our digital platforms, pharmacy network, and medical partners. You will analyze performance, maintain operational accuracy, and help drive continuous improvement across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily order flows across Shopify and pharmacy systems.Track and report on doctor and pharmacy SLAs, ensuring timely performance.Maintain stock accuracy across all operational channels.Identify sync, data, or workflow issues early and escalate appropriately.Build and maintain dashboards, operational reports, and performance trackers.Analyze operational trends to highlight inefficiencies and recommend improvements.Support root-cause investigations and ongoing process optimization.Collaborate cross-functionally with pharmacy teams, doctors, development, and customer care.Support operational planning, forecasting, and execution of key projects.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.Experience in operational analysis, supply chain, e-commerce, or healthcare operations is an advantage.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus.Familiarity with Shopify workflows or healthcare/pharmacy systems is beneficial.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-team coordination abilities.Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?
