For our Electric Drive System Team in Munich we are looking for a
NVH Engineer (m/f/x) - Munich
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for E-drive system NVH development (especially for Mechanical Part).
- Monitor and participate in required NVH testing, analyze and present results: Vehicle testing on a track or chassis dynamometer, E-drive system bench test.
- Acoustic/Vibration Analysis: subjective evaluation of noise/vibration quality, objective data analysis of noise/vibration, frequency analysis, order analysis/order tracking, modulation analysis, psychoacoustic analysis, modal analysis, and transfer path analysis.
- Lead root cause analysis for NVH issue.
- Develop engineering requirements for better NVH performance.
- Review NVH design for E-drive system products.
- Work with CAE/design team for more accurate & efficient development workflow.
- Collaborate with vehicle integration engineer for proper E-drive system SSTS.
- Participate in NVH seminar internally and technical training for E-drive system developing team for NVH knowledge.
- Technical support the plant NVH engineers for NVH issue solving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or relevant majors.
- Good knowledge of Noise, Vibration and Psychoacoustics.
- Full knowledge for E-drive system from Concept to Launch.
- Knowledge of Mechanical, engineering signal processing, design & manufactory process for mechanical, and E-drive system components.
- Experience with LMS. Testlab or Head ArtemiS.
- Experience of EOL NVH test and tuning.
- Skill of driving, testing and analysis of NVH data with presentation to management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
