Über das Unternehmen Bei unserem Mandanen handelt es sich um ein familiengeführtes mittelständisches Unternehmen. Aufgrund der sehr guten Qualität hat sich das Unternehmen als führender Anbieter von Maschinen und Produktionslinien etabliert und genießt einen sehr guten Ruf. Rund 250 Mitarbeitende treiben die Entwicklung neuer Technologien voran, während die nächste Generation bereits die Zukunft des Unternehmens gestaltet. Für diesen Mandanten sind wir derzeit auf der Suche nach geeigneten Kandidaten (m/w/d). Aufgaben Sie sind verantwortlich für die selbständige Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und überehmen die Konsolidierung mehrerer Gesellschafte Sie führen fachlich und disziplinarisch ein Team bestehend aus vier Mitarbeitenden und fördern deren Entwicklung Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Controlling zusammen und schaffen Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsführung. Sie entwickeln Prozesse und Steuerungsinstrumente weiter und sorgen für deren Effizienz und Zukunftsfähigkeit. Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Banken und Behörden und stellen die Einhaltung der Richtlinien und gesetzlichen Vorgaben sicher. Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Uni/FH/DH) mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Rechnungswesen ODER eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation, z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter IHK (m/w/d) Fundierte Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position innerhalb eines produzierenden Unternehmens oder einer renommierten Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Praxiserprobte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem aktuellen MS-Office-Paket sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem gängigen ERP-System Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Eigenständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil, jedoch nicht erforderlich Benefits Ordentliches Onboarding inklusive Einarbeitungsplan Weiterbildungsangebote Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld sowie weitere Sonderzahlungen Betriebliche Altersvorsorge 30 Tage Urlaub Flexible Arbeitszeiten Gute ÖPNV-Anbindung Jobrad Firmenfitness Angebot Mittagessens Angebot inklusive Bezuschussung
