Sr Customer Success Manager

We are in an exciting phase of rapid growth at deepc. As we continue to grow, we have identified the need to strengthen our Customer Success functions to support the Revenue teams.As a Sr Customer Success Manager you will report to the Head of Professional Services and play a pivotal role in supporting deepc’s mission to deliver trustworthy AI solutions in healthcare.You will manage a portfolio of medical imaging customers, drive successful onboarding and platform adoption, and proactively foster long-term customer satisfaction and growth through education, relationship-building, and collaboration across teams.You will actively shape the customer journey as part of our Professional Services team, helping healthcare partners realize the full value and impact of deepc’s AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of medical imaging/healthcare customersServe as the primary point of contact for assigned customersEnsure successful onboarding and ongoing adoption of our platformProactively monitor customer health and identify opportunities for expansionManage renewals and work closely with sales on upsell opportunitiesConduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to review customer goals, usage, and satisfactionProvide customer education and training as neededCollaborate with support and engineering teams to resolve customer issuesGather customer feedback and advocate for their needs internallyYour Profile3-5+ years of customer success or account management experience, preferably in the medical imaging/healthcare software industryStrong understanding of SaaS business models and customer success best practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendationsDemonstrated interest in AI, healthcare innovation, and/or digital health.Experience with customer health scoring, NPS, and other customer success metricsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are mandatory - other European languages are a plus.You enjoy a dynamic, highly driven, inspiring and diverse environment.If you are motivated about customer service topics, and want to learn in a fast-paced technology company, we would love to meet you
