Laboratory Supervisor LCMS

Biolyz is a dynamic startup focused on data-driven bioanalytics to enhance the health and performance of athletes. We are seeking an adventurous and highly flexible Lab Head for our LCMS laboratory at a remote international site. - Strong hands-on experience with Sciex Qtraps, ExionLC systems, and Shimadzu LCs.

- Deep understanding of troubleshooting techniques.

- Proficiency with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

- Availability to work weekends.

- Previous experience leading a small team is highly desirable.

- Lead and manage a small team at a mobile lab-site.

- Coordinate and conduct LCMS analyses to support athlete health and performance projects.

- Oversee project management including planning, execution, and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with international standards and maintain high laboratory operational standards.

- Develop and implement training programs for new staff.
