This role combines both consulting and technical/development work, offering an opportunity to work with cutting-edge solutions that help businesses enhance customer relationships, optimize sales and marketing, and improve service delivery. 🌱What You’ll Do:Consulting & Development: Analyze business processes, translate client needs into technical solutions, and provide expert guidance on Dynamics 365 implementations. You’ll work on various modules, including CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, helping businesses streamline operations and achieve their goals.Technical Expertise: Work with C#/.NET to develop and customize solutions tailored to their client’s needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and their client’s teams to ensure successful project outcomes.Workshops & Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams, helping them harness the full potential of their Dynamics 365 solutions.Problem-Solving: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system operations.What We’re Looking For:Experience: Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
