  • Qualifizierung, Serienanlauf und Serienfreigabe (inkl. Vor- und Endabnahmen) von Lieferanten auf Basis entsprechender Methodiken
  • Durchführung von Potenzialanalysen und Unterstützung bei Identifikation und Auswahl von Lieferanten
  • kontinuierliche Entwicklung der Lieferantenperformance mit Fokus auf Qualität und Lieferzuverlässigkeit/OTD (u.a. durch Definition von Maßnahmen und Zielen mit Lieferanten)
  • eigenständige Durchführung von Lieferanten-Audits (inkl. Definition und Verfolgung von Maßnahmen) auch im globalen Umfeld
  • inhaltliche Verhandlung und Abschluss von QSV-Vereinbarungen
  • Unterstützung im Eskalationsprozess inkl. Prozessaufnahme und -analyse bei Lieferanten

WIR geht nicht ohne SIE – das bringen Sie mit:
  • technisches Studium oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung mit Zusatzausbildung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement (z. B. Auditor VDA, etc.)
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement idealerweise im Serienumfeld
  • starken technischen Hintergrund und Prozessverständnis
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in Qualitäts-/Prozessmethodiken wie Run@Rate, Feasibility Study, 8D, 5-Why, Wertstromanalyse
  • gute Kenntnisse der Anforderungen aus den schweißtechnischen Normen und Regelwerken EN 9001 und VDA 6.3
  • idealerweise Erfahrung als qualifizierter Auditor
  • sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Eigenverantwortung, Motivation und strukturierter Vorgehensweise
