Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI Solutions: Design and implement cutting-edge AI-driven applications and tools in the retail and Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) spaces.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, data scientists, and engineers, to create innovative solutions.
- Research and Integration: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, data engineering, and software development, integrating these into projects.
- Optimize Performance: Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of developed applications.
- End-to-End Development: Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Requirements
- Python: Extensive experience in developing production-level Python applications.
- Generative AI: Proficiency and hands-on experience in developing generative AI applications using OpenAI and other models, including model evaluation.
- Prompt Engineering: In-depth knowledge of designing and optimizing prompts for AI models.
- API Development: Proven experience in supporting web applications through APIs.
- Database Systems: Experience with various database systems, including SQL and NoSQL.
- Public Cloud: Experience with at least one of the public cloud platforms, e.g., Azure, Google Cloud Platform or AWS.
- Audience Awareness: Tailor your communication style to suit different audiences, whether they are colleagues, clients, or stakeholders.
- Language: Good verbal and written skills in English (B2) and German (B2).
Optional
- Vector Databases: Familiarity with vector databases.
- Langchain: Practical experience with Langchain for natural language processing.
- Agent-Driven Architecture: Experience working with event-driven architectures and agents (e.g., AutoGen).
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments, utilizing frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
Nice To Have
- Kubernetes (k8s): Proficiency and experience with Kubernetes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in developing and deploying production grade Python applications, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant projects.
