Role Overview

  • Develop strategies for preparing and launching advanced therapies in various markets.
  • Address clinical evidence, coverage, and reimbursement requirements across regions.
  • Collect, analyze, and provide data to support decision-making.
  • Provide ongoing analysis of healthcare market needs and changes.
  • Focus on approval and reimbursement processes for advanced therapies.
  • Anticipate healthcare policy changes and assess their impact on business strategies.
  • Assess implications for pipeline product development.
  • Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, marketing, and sales teams.

Candidate Profile


  • Experience in market access for innovative therapies, including HTA dossier preparation and regulatory interactions.
  • 2-5 years experience within Market Access
  • Familiarity with G-BA processes is a plus.
  • Interest in European regulatory frameworks, including the EMA and European Commission.
  • Understanding of EU pharmaceutical legislation, particularly for ATMPs
  • Background in health economics, legal, or health policy environments.
  • Fluent in English and German
