The chosen applicant will ensure that the moving & relocation department runs efficiently and provides top-notch assistance to all parties during the relocation process.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing moves from initial inquiry to the completion of the deal, offering moving rates to clients and invoicing for all removals.
• Ensuring that every file complies with the policies and procedures of the organisation.
• Accurately and speedily entering data into the business database system.
• Promptly and efficiently handling complaints and any problems, communicating with other supervisors and departments as needed.
• Actively looking for ways to make services better by reviewing queries and making recommendations.
• Build trusted working connections with other departments, the team, and any outside stakeholders (suppliers, subcontractors, etc.).
• Ensure all documentation is promptly received by necessary stakeholders.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by keeping all parties involved in the removals and relocation process.

Requirements:

• It is necessary to have prior experience working as an international move coordinator.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and adaptive attitude to the job.
• Able to operate well under pressure.
• A constant state of professionalism
