AUFGABEN:

Als Service Delivery Manager bist Du verantwortlich für die effektive Bereitstellung von Dienstleistungen gemäß den vereinbarten SLAs und Geschäftsanforderungen. Du überwachst und steuerst den gesamten Lebenszyklus von IT-Services, von der Planung und Implementierung bis zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung. Deine Rolle agiert als Bindeglied zwischen dem Kunden und den internen Teams um eine nahtlose Servicebereitstellung sicherzustellen:

  • Aufbau der Projektorganisation und den Prozessen sowie Koordination und Steuerung der verschiedenen Einheiten/Mitarbeiter
  • Sicherstellung der Erfüllung der vertraglichen Leistungen und Einhaltung der SLAs
  • Aufsetzen und Pflegen des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses
  • Change- und Eskalationsmanagement, sowie Reporting an den Lenkungskreis/SteerCo
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunde und den Mitarbeitern des Professional Service


Dein Profil:

  • ​​​​​Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im Bereich IT
  • Berufserfahrung als Service Delivery Manager
  • Umfassende Erfahrung im Client Lifecycle Management für IT Clients
  • Ausgeprägt effizienter, analytischer, strukturierter und projektorientierter Kommunikationsstil / Arbeitsweise mit Entscheidungskompetenz
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung von Service-Teams beim Kunden
