  • You and your team are the first point of contact at New Work for security-related questions, especially regarding software development.
  • You will build and maintain security-related software needed in the New Work SE environment.
  • You will advise teams during new software projects, help them to understand risks, and suggest mitigations.
  • You will help set up monitoring processes to detect attacks.
  • You will work together with our Incident Response team to support resolving incidents.
Your skills:
  • You have received training or a degree in IT, software development, or similar.
  • You are well-versed in Linux.
  • You have a background in application development.
  • Your analysis is thorough, and your advise is clear, practical, and understandable for people with technical and non-technical background.
  • If you are familiar with Kubernetes, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and related security configurations and management, that would be a plus.
  • Proven network or application security skills would also be a bonus.
  • Fluency in English is required. Ideally you speak German as well.
