What your day as Site Director looks like:

• You are responsible for all activities in Hanau area and ensure continuous business growth and long-term relationships with our local customers
• You promote the development and implementation of all activities at the location
• You create annual site plans, interim reports, and reports directly to management

What you need to be successful in the role of Site Director:

• You have broad logistical background knowledge, preferably in the area of ​support chains or the areas of automated logistics, distribution centres, or warehouses
• You have solid experience in managing large logistics operations
• You can lead change processes to increase performance, productivity, and flexibility
• You enjoy working in a diverse and international environment and getting the best out of your employees
• You know how to strike a balance between the interests of the company, the customer, and our employees
• You speak both German and English fluently
