Our client, a key player in the Construction industry, is looking for Logistics Planning Engineer to support the design and implementation of logistics processes, machinery, equipment, storage concepts, and Point of Use (POU) design across the facility.Responsibilities:Design warehouse storage and manufacturing POU layoutsPlan and procure machinery and equipmentWorkforce and equipment planningImplement logistics solutions and process improvementsAnalyze material flow, create process maps, and design layoutsCollaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to optimize delivery and handlingDevelop operational policies for goods inwards, POU replenishment, and outbound dispatchMaintain PFEP and optimize lineside material feed processesPresent technical logistics information to stakeholdersRequirements:Logistics Management: Working knowledge of coordinating material movement and complianceLean Manufacturing: Basic understanding of 5S and value stream mappingExperience as Logistics or Manufacturing EngineerStrong PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCADKnowledge of SAP and warehouse management systemsExperience with kitting solutions and POU designPFEP expertiseFluent in GermanIf you want to learn more about this opportunity apply directly or reach out to abeassalazar@actalentservices.com *Please note that we can only consider EU/Schengen applications, or valid Swiss permit.
