Foreman | Civil Engineering & Earthworks | Eastern Bavaria | PermanentWe are currently seeking a Foreman (m/f/d) to join our client, a globally active civil engineering company, on a major infrastructure project in Eastern Bavaria. This role is part of a high-impact initiative to install a new high-voltage direct current (HVDC) power line - supporting the region’s transition to renewable energy.This is a key position with high visibility and the opportunity to contribute directly to a future-oriented project delivering clean energy to Southern Germany and beyond.Key Responsibilities:Plan and organize daily site operationsCoordinate materials and construction equipmentLead and supervise site personnel and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with construction plans and safety standardsSupport timely and budget-conscious project deliveryEssential Skills:Several years of experience in a foreman role within earthworks, sewer, or civil engineeringStrong leadership, communication, and coordination abilitiesProactive, solution-oriented, and reliable work styleFluent in German (written and spoken); English or French is a plusIf you are an experienced site leader with a passion for infrastructure and sustainability, this is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact.📩 If you’re interested, please apply or send your CV to Jasmine.Coates@g2recruitment.com
