Das erwartet Dich- Entgegennahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests, Changes und Problems
- 2nd- und 3rd-Level Support der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur unserer namhaften Kunden
- Bei Bedarf Nachstellung von gemeldeten Störungen und Änderungsanfragen in unserer Laborumgebung
- Eigenständige Lösungsfindung bzw. Eskalation an die zuständigen Bereiche
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den zentralen und dezentralen technischen Abteilungen sowie mit Herstellern und Partnern auf internationaler Ebene
- Gegebenenfalls Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft und Übernahme von zyklischen Bereitschaften
- Dokumentation des Untersuchungs- bzw. Bearbeitungsverlaufs sowie jeweiliger Lösungen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich LAN, WAN und WLAN idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf den 2nd- / 3rd-Level Support
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Systemen und Lösungen der Hersteller Cisco, Extreme Networks (Avaya, Brocade, Enterasys)
- Aktuelle Zertifizierungen auf diesen Gebieten von Vorteil
- Erfahrungen mit dem Framework ITIL V3 wünschenswert
- Hohe Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Technologien und Hersteller
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, gepaart mit selbstständiger, eigenverantwortlicher und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
- Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
- Überdurchschnittliche Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, in Verbindung mit sehr guter Team- sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
