Die Abteilung Terminal Services entwickelt moderne Citrix Services und stellt den Nutzern virtuelle Applikationen oder Desktop bereit. Für die Verstärkung unseres Teams, suchen wir einen Associate Service Manager (m/w/d), mit innovativen Ideen, der uns auf unserem gemeinsamen Weg in die Zukunft begleiten möchte. Sie sind kreativ und offen für neue Lösungsansätze. In ihrem bisherigen Berufsleben haben Sie Erfahrung im IT Service Management gesammelt, bevorzugt in der Applikations- oder Desktop-Virtualisierung. Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Steuerung und Koordination der Bereitstellung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Services im Virtualisierungsumfeld
  • Ansprechpartner für interne Stakeholder wie Management, Servicearchitektur und Betriebseinheiten
  • Sicherstellung der operativen Zusammenarbeit mit anderen internen Bereichen unter Berücksichtigung der Prozesse
  • Budgetplanung von Services sowie bei der Erstellung von Servicedokumenten, Angeboten und Kalkulationen
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten mit Service-Bezug sowie Erstellung von Berichten und Auswertungen
  • Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Services unter Berücksichtigung strategischer Vorgaben

Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes fachbezogenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Etwa 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Service Management, idealerweise im Behördenumfeld
  • Kenntnisse von Virtualisierungsprodukten (idealerweise Citrix) und ITIL, ITIL-Zertifizierung von Vorteil
  • Kreatives und analytisches Denkvermögen, wirtschaftliches Verständnis, Kundenorientierung und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort wie Schrift
