Job Title: MI/Data Analyst
Job Description
- Responsible for creations and amendment of performance reporting for Fiserv Operations team and clients.
- Utilise data to highlight trends and opportunities, delivering key messages to leadership team to impact continuous improvement plans.
- Maintain control framework around report/dashboard design and delivery, ensuring risk mitigation and consistent delivery of MI Suite.
- Develop and maintain ETL data extraction packages, focused on flexible reporting for BI solution.
- Develop new data sources to enrich existing customer interaction insight to support customer centric processes.
Scope of Job
Develop dashboards and reporting suite to analyse and inform business decisions. Adding personal insight to guide senior leader’s strategic roadmap.
Job Requirements
- Relevant work experience considered an acceptable substitute for the education requirement.
- Experience working with employee-based performance data, including standard deviation and other assessment methods.
- Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Math qualification, preferred, not essential.
- German speaker
