SAP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to oversee and manage our SAP projects remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with extensive experience in SAP implementation and integration within the automotive industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and prior experience building a team of consultants . you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of SAP projects that align with our client's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for SAP implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing proactive measures to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness in SAP project delivery processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, specializing in SAP projects.
  • Proven success in managing SAP implementation projects in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules such as EWM, WM, MM, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment across various time zones.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP certifications are advantageous.
