Senior Website Product Manager

We are looking for a visionary Senior Website Product Manager to join the team. As a key leader within our organization, you will be instrumental in driving the technological advancement and personalization of our core e-commerce platform. This role demands a balance of technical acumen, leadership, and strategic foresight.


Responsibilities:

  • Technological Leadership: Act as a thought leader and technical enabler, driving advancements that impact conversion rates and enhance user journeys.
  • Cross-functional Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a diverse team, serving as the primary point of contact and the team’s go-to person.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with other product managers to craft and implement a forward-thinking product vision and strategy based on iterative feedback and learning.
  • Vision for Automation and Personalization: Develop strategic initiatives for end-to-end (E2E) automation and personalization that align with long-term user needs and business objectives.
  • Development of Personalization Tools: Provide cutting-edge tools and strategies that empower marketers to tailor the website experience to individual user preferences, thereby boosting satisfaction and business results.
  • Innovation in Personalization Engines: Create and refine dynamic personalization engines that adapt content and interfaces in real-time, based on user behaviour and data insights.
  • User Journey Automation: Map and integrate key user journeys with automated personalization to enhance both user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Advanced Technologies Utilization: Leverage machine learning and AI to automate decision-making processes, improving the timeliness and precision of content delivery.
  • A/B Testing and Metrics Analysis: Implement and manage A/B testing frameworks to test personalization algorithms, using performance metrics to guide continuous improvement.
  • Project and Quality Management: Oversee the product development process, ensuring high quality, adaptability, and timely delivery in response to user feedback and evolving market demands.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders including P&L Owners and Heads of Marketing to ensure the product meets diverse needs.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: At least five years in e-commerce or website product management, with substantial experience in website development.
  • Product Development Skills: Profound understanding of product development cycles with the ability to apply innovative principles to website product management.
  • Strategic Planning: Proven track record in developing effective product roadmaps and visions.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong capability in handling data, with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex product decisions and trade-offs clearly.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: An entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach, readiness to initiate action, and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Leadership Qualities: Approachable, confident, and persuasive, with a knack for fostering teamwork and collaboration.
