As a Business Transformation Manager you are spearheading our mission to ensure that businesses know where their customers are..anytime, anywhere. In close partnership with our Sales Team, you will consult our strategic prospects and customers and have full responsibility for their end-to-end value journey - from identifying potential to positioning solutions with C-level executives. As our clients trusted advisor, you help them identify growth opportunities, achieve their strategic goals and realize significant value by working with VASS.

You will…

-Develop and implement transformation strategies to improve business performance
-analyse the status quo on topics relating to operational processes in various industries (manufacturing, MedTech, Pharma preferred) to identify optimisation opportunities
-identify use cases with high value creation potential and develop suitable solution concepts
-convince key stakeholders of the added value of VASS and the introduction of the software and services
-are a specialist and trusted advisor for clients; both existing and future
-build relationships with our potential customers and all stakeholders within the organisation and support their complex specialist areas
-conduct work shops, presenting discovery sessions to better understand clients needs and to bring them along on their individually tailored transformation journey
-manage and design the cooperation with customers independently and contribute your expertise to the further development of the organisation
-provide feedback to our R&D teams to enhance the offerings based on new use cases

Requirements:

What you bring to the table:

-An inquisitive growth mindset..mindset is everything
-Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering or similar qualifications
-Proven several years of project experience in transformation or implementation projects
-In-depth understanding of operational processes and their technical aspects
-Exemplary communication and presentation skills
-Customer orientation and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
-Strategic thinking and ability to innovate
-Knowledge of design thinking or similar creative approaches is an advantage
-Willingness to travel occasionally
