Wir verwenden Microsoft Power Platform und suchen ab , für den Bereich IT , Dich als leidenschaftlichen Power Platform Developer (m/w/d) , um aktiv unsere digitale Transformation voranzutreiben sowie unsere Anwender*innen hierfür zu begeistern und sie durch innovative Lösungen zu führen.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich bei uns :

  • Du verwaltest unsere Power Platform Umgebungen in Zusammenarbeit mit deinen IT-Kolleg*innen sowie externen Berater*innen
  • Du arbeitest mit Fachabteilungen zusammen und identifizierst Automatisierungspotential, indem du die Geschäftsanforderungen verstehst
  • Du entwirfst und entwickelst federführend automatische Workflows mit M365 und Tools der Power Platform Suite, um verschiedene Systeme, Anwendungen und Dienste zu verbinden und Prozesse zu automatisieren
  • Dabei fungierst Du als erste Anlaufstelle bei Fragen unserer Citizen Developers und unterstützt diese bei der Entwicklung eigener Workflows und benutzerfreundlicher Oberflächen
  • Du testest automatisierte Workflows auf Funktionalität, Zuverlässigkeit und Effizienz und optimierst sie aufgrund von Userfeedback und Geschäftsanforderungen
  • Du definierst initiativ Nutzungsrichtlinien für unsere M365 Tools und gewährleistest deren Einhaltung
  • Hierzu dokumentierst Du die Prozesse und Automationen und schulst unsere Anwender*innen zu ihrer effektiven Nutzung

Du liebst salzige Snacks?

Perfekt Damit erfüllst Du bereits ein wichtiges Kriterium. Daneben solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrungen in der eigenständigen Workflow-Automatisierung sowie Prozessoptimierungen
  • Weitreichende Kenntnisse der Power Platform Toolsuite
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrungen in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
