Die Fertigungstechnikteams von TE Connectivity sind Prozessführer bei allen stanz-, guss- oder montagebezogenen Themen und gewährleisten, dass die Prozesse bezüglich Qualität und Leistung auf optimalem Niveau ablaufen. Sie sind Experten in den Bereichen Formen- und Stanzenherstellung, Zerspanung und Montagetechnik und besitzen umfangreiche Kenntnisse der verbundenen Herstellungsprozesse, zu denen auch die Optimierung und Standardisierung der Stanz- / Guss- / Montage- oder anderer Prozesse im Fertigungsumfeld gehören können.


Diese Stelle ist zunächst auf 15 Monate befristet.


Verantwortungsbereiche:


Im Bereich der Schlauchextrusion

  • Verantwortung für die prozesstechnische Inbetriebnahme neuer Fertigungsanlagen
  • Technische Optimierung bestehender Produktionsanlagen und Prozesse
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte in die Fertigung
  • Proaktive Unterstützung des laufenden Produktionsbetriebes im Tagesgeschäft
  • Dokumentation existierender und neuer Prozesse (Neuerstellung, sowie regelmäßiges Update)
  • Projektmanagement: Eigenständige Abwicklung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Projekten
  • Vorantreiben der Produktivitäts-/Effizienzsteigerungsprogramme, sowie Einführung u. Anwendung der
  • TEOA-Tools, wie Value Stream Mapping, QCO, Kaizen Events, Six Sigma, 3P etc.
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Unternehmen und mit Zulieferbetrieben


Anforderungen:


  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium der Kunststofftechnik, Verfahrenstechnik mit
  • Schwerpunkt Kunststoffverarbeitung oder Produktionstechnik
  • Praktische Erfahrung in einem Kunststoffverarbeitendem Betrieb im Bereich der Rohr-, Schlauch- oder
  • Kabelextrusion
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit unter Zeit- und Termindruck Probleme eines Produktionsbetriebes zu lösen
  • Sicherheitsbewusstes Handeln, sowie vorausschauende und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
  • Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hands-on Mentalität
