You are responsible for the technical management of the test teamsYou support the teams to improve and further develop the existing test automationIf necessary, you also support our customers with their product launches through accompanying test measuresYou accompany the operational quality assurance in the release and take over QA tasks in this contextYou are responsible for the further development of test concepts and the test strategyYou initiate and support change processesYou take over the overall coordination and planning of non-functional requirements (performance, usability, etc.) and accompany themYou are responsible for monitoring quality indicators and initiating improvementsThis is what we want

You have an IT degree or several years of professional experience in the IT environmentYou have already gained experience in quality assurance within a software development process and in setting up test automationIdeally, you have already gained test management experienceYou quickly familiarize yourself with new IT applications and toolsKnowledge of agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) would be desirableYour high quality standards are our common key to constantly increasing customer satisfactionYou are characterized by a quick grasp, an independent way of working, a good understanding of complex interrelationships, the ability to work in a team and customer orientationYou are a strong communicator with both internal and external stakeholdersYou have a keen eye for detail - especially in stressful situationsYou are confident in planning and managing projects and ideally already have project management experienceThis is how you might think
