Hillenbrand is lookingfor a Director, SIOP and Demand Planning to joinour team remotely. In this new role as theDirector, SIOP and Demand Planning, you will be responsible for thedevelopment, implementation, and oversight of the monthly SIOPcadence across Hillenbrand’s Advanced Process Solutions (APS)segment and will align with overarching business objectives aimedat revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventoryturns and lead times improvement, as well as optimization of theoverall working capital.

Work You’llDo:

1. Establish and manageSIOP governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across allregions and business units.
2. Develop andimplement global SIOP performance metrics and KPIs, and regularlyreport on SIOP performance to executiveleadership.
3. Drive the development andenhancement of SIOP competency, leading cross-functional change andbuilding capability to adapt to the dynamic businessenvironment.
4. Lead global SIOP processimprovement initiatives and foster collaboration among operatingcompany SIOP teams and corporatefunctions.
5. Spearhead the development of theGlobal SIOP council to build SIOP Maturity & EffectivenessRoadmap.
6. Proactively identify and assess risksrelated to supply chain disruptions and demand fluctuations anddevelop contingency plans and risk mitigationstrategies.
7. Lead monthly Pre-SIOP DemandConsensus meetings across all operating companies within theMolding Technology Solutions (MTS) segment to reach anunconstrained consensus demand plan.
8. Govern thedevelopment of a rolling 0-24-month Demand Plan for all productsand regions based on various inputs and forecastingmodels.
9. Lead business collaboration processwith sales and marketing to influence business forecast andunderstand customer demand profile.
10. Developstrategies for harmonizing demand planning processes across diversemarkets/segments and product categories and own the outcome of thedesign by ensuring acceptance andadoption.

Team:

TheDirector, SIOP and Demand Planning is a new role reporting to theExecutive Director, Global Materials Management atHillenbrand.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’sDegree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance,etc. or equivalent education
2. Extensiveexperience in Supply Chain and/orOperations
3. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills
4. Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills allowing to influence decisions andstakeholders across all management levels in a matrixorganization
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced,dynamic environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
6. Fluent English and Germanlanguage skills
