Your Responsibilities
- Assist in providing technical support and guidance for customers and third-party service providers to address technical issues related to direct current fast charging and energy storage.
- Assist in planning and implementing training for customers and third-party service providers.
- Collaborate with the headquarters' research and development team to analyze European Union technical requirements and develop solutions.
- Assist in analyzing post-sales issues and providing solutions for customers.
- Provide technical support for bidding and projects.
Requirements:
- Preferably two to three years of work experience.
- Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies, with a preference for majors in electrical/mechanical engineering.
- Passionate about electric vehicles, sustainable development, energy transition, or electrification.
- Bonus points for possessing a Class B EU driving license.
- Additional points for experience in embedded systems or programming languages.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English, with a good level of proficiency in German.
- Excellent communication skills, a team player, customer-oriented with the ability to provide solutions or proposals.
- Willingness to travel.
