Dan is dit iets voor jouFreelance opdracht / Fulltime / LNG / Duitsland / Rotatieschema 2 weken op – 2 weken af / Engels vereistVoor onze opdrachtgever, een internationaal opererende aannemerscombinatie binnen de industriële bouwsector, zoeken wij een ervaren Quantity Surveyor voor de bouw van een nieuwe LNG-terminal in Duitsland. Een technisch complex project waarin jij een cruciale rol speelt bij het borgen van kwaliteit, voortgang en financiële nauwkeurigheid.FunctieomschrijvingAls Quantity Surveyor ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren, analyseren en valideren van hoeveelheden gedurende de volledige projectuitvoering. Je werkt nauw samen met engineering, uitvoering, cost control en onderaannemers. Met jouw inzichtelijke analyses en rapportages zorg je dat het projectteam altijd beschikt over betrouwbare data.Je signaleert afwijkingen, houdt overzicht over materiaalstromen en ondersteunt bij besluitvorming binnen dit grootschalige LNG-project.Monitoren en valideren van hoeveelheden (quantity tracking)Signaleren van afwijkingen tussen ontwerp en uitvoeringOpstellen van heldere rapportages voor voortgang en kostenbewakingAfstemmen met uitvoering, engineering en projectmanagementBijdragen aan periodieke voortgangsrapportages en dashboardsControleren van data van onderaannemersZorgdragen voor een nauwkeurige basis voor kostengerelateerde beslissingenAanbodEen langdurige, fulltime freelance opdracht binnen een technisch toonaangevend LNG-projectRotatieschema 2/2: ideale balans tussen intensieve projectweken en vrije wekenDeel uitmaken van een internationale projectorganisatie met hoge professionele standaardenEen afwisselende rol binnen een multidisciplinair team met veel technische uitdagingAls Quantity Surveyor krijg jij de kans om écht impact te maken binnen de realisatie van een strategisch belangrijk energieproject.Functie-eisenMinimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Quantity Surveyor binnen industriële of grootschalige bouwprojectenUitstekende vaardigheden in quantity tracking, validatie en dataverwerkingVloeiende beheersing van de Engelse taal; Duits is een préJe werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en communiceert duidelijkBereidheid om te werken in een rotatieschema (2 weken op locatie in Duitsland, 2 weken vrij)Ervaring in internationale aannemers- of engineeringprojecten is een plusSolliciteren bijTecson Ben jij de Quantity Surveyor die klaar is voor deze langdurige opdracht in Duitsland?Neem contact op met:Sander de Jong – Consultant📞 06 574 74 493✉️ s.dejong@tecson.nl
