This is a full-time position.


Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Based on the requirements of product planning and technical development team, align the consumer research objectives, develop consumer research program plans, lead the full implementation of consumer project; Obtain user insights for new product projects, such as use scenarios, pain points, and so forth; Collaborate with product planning and development team to explore new concepts for Refrigerator products.
  • Verify product strategy, configuration, selling points, technical solutions, and usability through consumer research based on existing product strategies and innovative technologies. Combine research findings to assist in improving product planning strategies and technical development implementation.
  • Conduct user experience test based on local new product development rhythms, including prototype testing and home trials. Use questionnaires, interviews, and other methods to identify user needs and improve product user experience.
  • Conduct user experience benchmark analysis based on product planning and technical development needs and output product competitiveness analysis reports.
  • Collaborate with the Headquarter user research team for regional projects, such as consumer and industry trend research.


Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in user research and consumer insights, capable of developing consumer research plans independently, and collaborate with all related stakeholders to complete the project.
  • Experience in user research for home appliances or 3C products.
  • Experience working with both clients and vendors is preferred.
