Unser Klient bietet herausfordernde Projekte, in denen Ihre Expertise im agilen Testumfeld hoch geschätzt wird. In dieser Position werden Sie die Qualitätssicherung auf die nächste Stufe heben und in agilen Projektteams (wie Scrum, Kanban) zusammen mit Softwareentwicklern, Product Ownern, Scrum Mastern und Fachteams an der Umsetzung relevanter Anforderungen und Ziele arbeiten. Sie werden in Dailies, Planungen, Reviews und Retrospektiven eingebunden und können Ihre Expertise aktiv in das Gesamtergebnis innerhalb eines aufgeschlossenen Teams einbringen. Darüber hinaus kümmern Sie sich um die Testautomatisierungsumgebung und entwickeln bei Bedarf neue Komponenten.



Ihr Profil:


  • Gute Erfahrung in der Planung, Gestaltung und Durchführung von Softwaretests
  • Gute Erfahrung in der Identifizierung von Tests, die automatisiert werden können
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit agilen Teams (Scrum, Kanban) und gute Kenntnisse agiler Testverfahren und Methoden
  • Erfahrung im Testen von Apps, Websites und mobilen Anwendungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Programmier- und Skriptsprachen wie Java oder Python
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Testmanagement-Tools wie JIRA, Zephyr oder TestRail
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohe Qualitätsorientierung und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Sie haben einen Hintergrund in der Softwareentwicklung, da Sie auch an der Entwicklung unserer Testautomatisierungsplattform arbeiten werden
  • Gute Kenntnisse in gesprochenem und geschriebenem Englisch (B1) und Deutsch (B2)

nice to have:

  • Zertifizierung als Certified Agile Tester oder ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level oder vergleichbare Zertifizierung
  • Kenntnisse von Cloud-Plattformen wie AWS und Microservices-Architekturen
