Job Description: My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onsite Electrical Engineer to join their team in Hamburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in electrical engineering, with a focus on motor calculations and related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting motor calculations and analysis to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Designing and implementing electrical systems for industrial machinery and equipment.
- Performing troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, technicians, and project managers.
- Providing technical support to customers and stakeholders, including onsite visits as necessary.
- Participating in design reviews and providing input for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in motor calculations and analysis, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in German and English languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional certification or licensure.
- Experience with PLC programming and control systems.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
