As a Legal Specialist (Passenger Rights), you will:

• Handle claims under EU 261 passenger rights regulations.
• Represent clients in court when necessary.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure effective communication and case resolution.

Please note: This position requires you to operate as an independent professional through your own company.

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Germany.

Qualifications:

• Up to 2 years of experience handling EU 261 passenger rights claims and airline compensations.
• Qualified to file claims in court and professionally represent clients.
• Membership in a relevant professional organization or association.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Location: Remote (must be based in Germany)
