Internship: Customer

We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join support our Vision Care DACH team, we are offering a temporary 6-months internship in our Customer & Digital Marketing department at our office in this role, you will have fun with projects in both, our digital transformation projects as well as customer marketing this role, a typical day will include:Work closely together with our Key Account customers to execute B2B2C activities using for our customers platforms online as well as offline to reach our consumer with messages around our productsDesign online consumer journey for eCRMWork with various agencies as well as our costumers marketing teamsAnalyze ROI (Return on Investment) and generate learnings for the futureWHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON: Study program in Business, preferably with a Marketing focusDigital savviness and interest to learn new tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Figma, Adobe CC, Jira, Veeva etc.)Confident appearance, strong communication skills and team playerProactive attitude and fast learnergood level of German & EnglishHOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:Training and support throughout the internshipOpen corporate cultureInsights into all areas of marketingWorking in a challenging environment with an excellent team that will help you achieve your goals and be successfulJoin a leading, innovative medical technology company that is changing lives and that you can be truly proud of
