Über die Rolle: Als Product Manager eCommerce (m/f/x) bist du für die gesamte Produktstrategie und -entwicklung unserer E-Commerce-Plattformen verantwortlich. Du arbeitest an der Gestaltung, Pflege und Optimierung unserer Online-Shops, die die Bildungsprodukte unserer 12 Akademien repräsentieren. Du wirst die Schnittstelle zwischen dem IT-Team, Marketing, Design und Vertrieb bilden und sicherstellen, dass alle Prozesse reibungslos laufen, die User Experience optimiert wird und die Plattformen die Geschäftsziele effektiv unterstützen.


Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

  • Produktstrategie definieren und umsetzen: Entwickle und begleite eine ganzheitliche Produktvision für die E-Commerce-Plattformen, gestalte Roadmaps und sorge für deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung.
  • E-Commerce-Plattformen entwickeln und optimieren: Gestalte und pflege hochperformante Online-Shops, die ein reibungsloses Einkaufserlebnis für unsere Bildungsangebote bieten und die Geschäftsziele unterstützen.
  • Skalierbare und wiederverwendbare Lösungen schaffen: Entwickle Prozesse und Komponenten, die eine effiziente und konsistente Plattform für unsere 12 Akademien ermöglichen.
  • Datengetriebene Entscheidungen treffen: Nutze Analysen, um User- und Verkaufsdaten zu überwachen, zu bewerten und kontinuierlich Verbesserungen einzuführen, die die Conversion-Rate und den Umsatz steigern.
  • Stakeholder-Management: Fungiere als zentrale Ansprechperson für interne Stakeholder und sorge dafür, dass Anforderungen klar definiert und priorisiert werden.
  • Marktforschung und Trendanalyse: Verfolge die Entwicklungen im E-Commerce-Markt, um unsere Plattformen an die neuesten Trends anzupassen und einen Wettbewerbsvorteil zu sichern.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Arbeite eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um eine ganzheitliche E-Commerce-Strategie zu entwickeln, die Design, Marketing und Technologie miteinander verbindet.


Was wir suchen:

  • Erfahrung im E-Commerce- und Produktmanagement: Fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Pflege von E-Commerce-Plattformen, idealerweise mit Headless-Shop-Systemen wie Shopware oder Shopify, sowie in der Produktentwicklung.
  • Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten: Erfahrung im Managen von Roadmaps und der Koordination von funktionsübergreifenden Teams.
  • Technische Expertise und Innovationskraft: Du bringst tiefgehendes Wissen in der Optimierung von E-Commerce-Plattformen mit und hast einen klaren Blick auf die neuesten Trends im E-Commerce-Bereich.
  • Benutzerzentrierte Denkweise: Starkes Verständnis für UX/UI und die Fähigkeit, innovative und nutzerfreundliche Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Datengetriebene Entscheidungsfindung: Erfahrung in der Analyse von User-Daten, KPI-Tracking und Conversion-Optimierung.
  • Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management: Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen klar zu formulieren und zu priorisieren.
