Delivery Specialist (m/f/x)


Was Dich erwartet

  • Kommunikation mit Kunden: Der Delivery Specialist kommuniziert mit den Kunden, um Liefertermine zu vereinbaren und sicherzustellen, dass sie über den Fortschritt ihrer Bestellung informiert sind.
  • Koordinierung der Auslieferung: Der Delivery Specialist plant und koordiniert den Zeitpunkt und den Ort der Fahrzeugübergabe mit den Kunden.
  • Fahrzeuge vorbereiten: Vor der Auslieferung überprüft der Delivery Specialist die Fahrzeuge auf eventuelle Mängel, stellt sicher, dass sie ordnungsgemäß funktionieren und bereitet sie für die Übergabe an den Kunden vor.
  • Kundenbetreuung: Der Delivery Specialist bietet den Kunden während des Auslieferungsprozesses Unterstützung und Beratung, beantwortet Fragen und sorgt dafür, dass sie mit ihrem neuen Fahrzeug zufrieden sind.
  • Dokumentation: Der Delivery Specialist ist für die ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation des Auslieferungsprozesses verantwortlich und stellt sicher, dass alle erforderlichen Unterlagen vollständig und korrekt sind.
  • Qualitätskontrolle: Der Delivery Specialist überprüft die Fahrzeuge auf Qualität und stellt sicher, dass sie den hohen Standards von NIO entsprechen, bevor sie an die Kunden übergeben werden.
  • Nachbetreuung: Nach der Auslieferung steht der Delivery Specialist den Kunden weiterhin zur Verfügung, um Fragen zu beantworten und bei Bedarf Unterstützung anzubieten.
  • Fahrzeuge Return: koordiniert 1 on 1 Appointment mit dem User. Rückgabe das Fahrzeug, sowie Sicherstellung des Return Prozess.

  • Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Delivery und Kundenservice
  • Kunden orientiert, mit guter Kommunikation, Teamfähigkeit sowie ein selbstsicheres und freundliches Auftreten zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Du verfügst über hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B.
