Ihre Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für SAP-basierte Lösungen des Geschäftsbereichs Service
  • Leitung internationaler SAP-Projekte von der Planung über die Umsetzung bis hin zum Rollout und der Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Lösungen
  • Analyse und Optimierung von End-2-End Geschäftsprozessen des Service
  • Durchführung von Customizing und 3rd-Level-Support in den verantworteten Lösungen
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL oder vergleichbar mit Weiterqualifizierung im SAP-Umfeld
  • Erste Praxiserfahrung innerhalb der S/4HANA- oder SAP CRM-Suite mit den Service-Modulen
  • Verständnis und Interesse an Kundenservice- und Instandhaltungsprozessen sowie an IT-technischen SAP-Lösungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
