Für unseren internationalen Geschäftsbereich Tubular Glass Converting suchen wir eine außergewöhnliche Persönlichkeit, die uns bei unseren ambitionierten, globalen Wachstumspläne unterstützt. In Ihrer Funktion verantworten Sie die Umsetzung unserer Qualitätsvision, Strategie und Qualitätskultur.

Stellenbeschreibung:

In dieser Funktion sind Sie für folgende Themen verantwortlich:

  • Leitung eines Teams von Quality Managern in Europa und Asien
  • Entwicklung eines leistungsstarken Qualitätsteams
  • Führung systematischer Problemlösungsprozesse
  • Fördern und Antreiben fortlaufender Verbesserungen
  • Interaktion mit Kunden und Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Mitglied des Gerresheimer Quality Councils und Vertreter der Business Unit
QualifikationenBachelor- oder Masterabschluss im Bereich Ingenieurswesen oder ÄhnlichesMindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Qualitätsbereich und 5 Jahre als Qualitätsmanager, vorzugsweise bei einem Zulieferer der PharmaindustrieErfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden im Qualitätskontext und regulatorischer ZusammenhängeSehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Qualität und Regulierung in der PharmaindustrieKenntnisse aller grundlegenden Normen - z.B. ISO 9001Fließende Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse, Polnisch und Französisch als PlusAusgeprägte KommunikationsfähigkeitenEigenmotivation und GeschäftssinnReisebereitschaft und hohe interkulturelle KompetenzZusätzliche Informationen
  • Arbeitsort vorzugsweise Wertheim oder Boleslawiec
  • Reisebereitschaft ca. 70%
