Ich arbeite aktuell mit einem meiner Kunden in Deutschland eng zusammen (IT-Dienstleiser) und suche für ein Projekt (12-Monate) jemanden, der das Unternehmen ab sofort mit seiner Expertise unterstützen kann.
Der ideale Kandidat muss fließend Englisch sprechen und gute Deutschkenntnisse haben
Aufgaben:
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen und ermittelst die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen für Implementierungsprojekte
- Du generiert einen echten Mehrwert, indem du die schwierigen und komplexen Herausforderungen unserer Kunden im Bereich der CRM-Prozesse löst
- Du arbeitest mit anderen Beratern und Experten zusammen an mehreren Kundenprojekten, während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus (Initiierung, Konzeption, Analyse, Planung, Implementierung, Evaluierung)
- Du verstehst die geschäftlichen Anforderungen und bist in der Lage, Lösungen unter Verwendung von Technologie-Tools vorzuschlagen
- Du bist in der Lage anhand von bereitgestellten Informationen ein Funktionsmodell, sowie einen Projektplan zu erstellen
Qualifikation:
- Du hast mindestens 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst, Berater oder Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im IT-Bereich
- Trade Promotion Management (TPM) & Retail Execution Modul Erfahrung
- Du verfügst über umfassende Kenntnisse der Salesforce-Plattformprodukte (Core Clouds, Plattform oder andere branchenspezifische Clouds), mit mindestens 2 Jahren Erfahrung
- Du kennst dich bereits mit der Leitung des Prozesses der Implementierung von IT-Lösungen für CRM-Prozesse aus
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in einem Agile/Scrum-Entwicklungsprozess
- Salesforce-Zertifizierungen
- Agile Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.)
